Intracoastal Christmas Regatta Sails into Myrtle Beach

The 25th Annual Intracoastal Christmas Regatta in North Myrtle Beach is planned for November 28th, at 5pm. This boat parade is a holiday tradition that prmotoes fundraising for Myrtle Beach’s area children. Through planned activities, donations and toy drives, the regatta event enables the Myrtle Beach community to provide basic needs and Christmas gifts to the children in the area who otherwise might go without.

The regatta begins at 5pm on November 28th at the Little River Inlet and travels south, arriving at Dock Holidays Marina at 7pm. There are all sorts of sights and sounds to take in along the waterway that day. Several restaurants along the parade route plan special menus and events as part of the celebration. If you’re not able to get in to any of these locations, there are plenty of public landings and places along the shoreline you can gather family and friends together to watch.

Spectators are encouraged to make a donation to the cause in the form of cash or new, unwrapped toys. Donations may be made at any participating marina or restaurant.
