Ring in the New Year in Myrtle Beach
Myrtle Beach is hosting Rock’N the Beach, South Carolina’s Largest New Year’s Eve Celebration.Rock’N the Beach is an all-day event. The Kids and Family Fun segment of the event will begin at 12:30pm and last until 7pm. Face painting, strolling characters and performers, sleigh/carriage rides. In Plyler Park, the Arts & Cultural Council “Chalk The Walk” and Collaborative Artist Mural “My 2000’s” exhibits will be on display as well.
At midnight, there a champagne toast and “Auld Lang Syne” sing-along is planned, as is a fireworks show.

In 2007 Crystal was also crowned Miss South Carolina, representing South Carolina in the Miss America Pageant.
