Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors
Are you The Chosen One? Find your way through the mirrored corridors hidden deep within the Castle of Savannah and go on a gallant adventure to rescue a princess. Team up with King Oscar, Queen Emmy, and the Wizard of the Golden Globe, and watch out for surprise curses from Ugly Hetty! Discover 288 potential turns among hundreds of mirrored walls and archways, plus several sections where you see infinite reflections in every direction.

Outbreak - Dread the Undead
Can you save the world from a dangerous viral outbreak?! Chemacorp might have meant well with Alpha Strain, but the gene-altering substance turns humans into zombies. Their experiment-gone-awry has turned test subjects into throngs of the undead—and their testing facility into ground zero for a zombie apocalypse! You'll shriek your way through the ransacked biotech lab, morgue, and rotting basement. The challenge? Rid the world of Alpha Strain, or, at least, make it out alive (and screaming)!

"Great family fun!"
August, 2016
Very well laid out... Hollywood part could be bigger, but still enjoyable. Resemblance to many of the celebrities was somewhat lacking but it was still fun to take pictures with them anyway. The Outbreak and Maze were designed more for kids (or the kids in all of us). Overall, it was a fun time with the kids.
Tip: Bring a camera or make sure your cell phone is charged!

"Awesome time"

I thought the wax museum was really good . No not all the figures looked exactly like they should have but most did ...they also had alot of props to take pics with . U could go as fast or as slow as u wanted. Overall for the price I thought it was well worth it alot of figures to look at to. Also the people working there were great. Really enjoyed it . I would go back again.

"So much fun"
June, 2016
Let's face it, not all of the figures resembled who they were supposed to be. A lot of them did. The best part was that you could go at your own pace, pose with them and even use props. The souvenir photo that you could purchase was the most affordable of all the venues offering the same.
Tip: Take your camera

"Not for young children"

The wax museum was nice, but the zombie part of that should come with a warning. My six year old ran out screaming.
Tip: Loud and smells bad

First time going this year not the biggest that it seemed but good nonetheless I would go again I got many pictures of people ("wax figures of course") that blew my mind how accurate they looked. My children loved the experience as well!

"Wax Musem --a let down"
March, 2015
We were very disappointed in the museum. Most of the figures did not look like the person. Very sad and a waste of our time and money. We even voiced our concerns and the lady said nothing. Not even an apology.
Tip: Figures do not look real except maybe 3 or 4

It's a wax museum so you might be tempted to bring a lighter for all of the candles you see. But it's not that kind of wax museum. Some of the figures you are going to see are on point and others ... not so much. But it's still an interesting visit and when you add in the mirror maze and the zombie outbreak, it's a must do in Myrtle Beach - at least once.

My husband and I had been seeing the "Great Ape of Myrtle Beach" for a long time but on our winter 3 day getaway from recent stresses at home this past week, we decided to actually just do it all--the Wax Museum, Zombie Apocalypse, and Hannah's Maze of Mirrors. We had a blast and laughed like kids. The props that enabled the perfect set-up for great photos with the wax stars in the wax museum were a unique addition to visits at other wax museums we had visited in the past. My favorite wax stars were Clint Eastwood and Samuel L. Jackson for the males and Pink and Elizabeth Taylor for the females, but most were very realistic. I am not an avid Zombie genre fan, but the haunted outbreak was really cool. I am not a screamer, but confess to screaming twice during our way trhough the biotech lab and then gleedully laughing as soon as I recovered. The Maze of Mirrors was a real challenge and we only made our way back out by finally making our way back to the way we came in, so we want to go back and try to rescue Princess Hannah. This is the best non-beach activity I have done in Myrtle beach. Highly recommend it--especially for families, but even two 60 year olds who want to have a different sort of outing.
