"Decent Outing for Young Kids"
September, 2018 NEW
The regular price of Aquarium tickets was a bit high considering how small this place actually was, I'm not sure we would have gone if we didn't get the discounted tickets from Reserve Myrtle Beach. However, our 3 kids ages 7 and under had a really fun time!

Tip: It's not very big and the attractions probably appeal to young kids more than adults.

"Family with 4 yr old and 4 month old."

A few different touch tanks... Some kind of crab that looked like stingrays, jellyfish and a very nice size stingray touch tank! One of the best shark tanks I’ve seen… This aquarium is smaller than some of the other ones I’ve been to and they are very limited on larger animals. The sharks and stingrays are pretty much the main attraction.

My friend & I had so much fun here. It’s such a large aquarium with a lot of different variety of animals, & there’s a lot of historical aspects to the aquarium as well.

"10/10 Would Recommend : )"

One of my favorite aquariums! It's small enough to not be overwhelming but there is so much to see. The main walkway channel is great(you can either walk through or stand on the moving sidewalk) and they have lots of fun creatures like sharks and turtles and eels that will swim around you and above your head. The jellyfish section is super fun. They have lots of engaging stuff for little kids, but I'm 19 and I never got bored. Especially great if you have a rainy day during your beach trip. The tickets aren't super cheap but definitely worth it if you can spend a couple hours there. It's also really nice of them to stamp your hand if you need to run out to your car or come back a little later.

Our 3rd time visit the aquarium but first since my adult years. We had 1 free ticket from our hotel and I received the first responder rate which was great! Our son is 20 months old and enjoyed it for a little while but then got cranky. Honestly I would have been more disappointed had I paid full price as I feel the aquarium is somewhat small. We probably will not return unless it's with discounted or free tickets.

We had good deal from the place stayed B1G1F. The aquarium was fun. We liked all the different displays and tanks. Now the big tank was fantastic. You went around and under on a people mover or you walk it, but you didn't get up close. The sharks were amazing. They had a jelly fish tank with babies that you could touch, we were able to watch them get fed. There was also sting tank the you could put your hand and feel them. Over all a fun place.

"Loved the sharks!"

This place is stupid expensive for the 2 hours that it takes to go through everything BUT we would pay it again because walking under the shark tank was pretty amazing. The new Pearl Harbor exhibit was very interesting as well. Thought the mermaid show that we saw was cheesy but would be fun for kids.
