I hadn't been to a Ripley's since I was a child so this was a nostalgic stop for me. The young man wasn't sure what to do with our e-tickets and had to go get a manager. She showed him how to ring it up and we were on our way. I had read the reviews that said there was a lot of reading throughout the exhibit but I felt it was balanced with the displays and a few hands on things. It might not appeal to everyone but we enjoyed it.

Some really wacky stuff there, but it's pretty easy to lose interest in it after a little while. Buy a combo ticket for Ripley's other attractions or the skywheel to make it more worthwile. Seems like the overall experience would be best for a younger crowd.

there are numerous ways to save money with Ripley's. they have combo passes and several coupons out there online or in travel guides. It is a fun way to spend a couple of hours. something will interest everyone in this place. It is what it claims to be a center of oddities. escape the weather and head in. they are open late as well. good family fun. there are interactive games and a dance room that are really fun for the whole family.

Always fun to get out of the rain (or too much sun) and visit the exhibits here. Kids love it and its all you expect from a tourist attraction!

What a unique place to visit - we really enjoyed ourselves w/ our 9 y/o son. We had a Groupon deal so made this place even more attractive. Not sure what full boat price is but, if you go in the offseason look for a deal. The area around it is kinda seedy - loads of people trying to get you to come into their shops for "free attraction tickets" - umm, no thanks. Maybe in full season you'll see less of this since there would be more tourists. But, we were among the few so they were hungry for some business! We went in the late morning and it all seemed fine - but, I would be careful at night... esp. in the offseason. That aside - there is a lot of interactive things to do and loads of displays of very odd items! We loved the area where you could dance around and see your shadow take over... even the bathroom proved to be amusing!! LOL
