"A great experience for the whole family!"
Reviewed April, 2015
I wasn't as interested in this outing as my children were( ages 13 and 15) that is until we arrived. At first I thougt it was going to be almost feildtrip-ish. I couldnt have been more mistaken. There were so many things to see and do. We spent 7 hours inside and enjoyed every minute. The inside ropes course and laser tag were especially fun!
Tip: Closed shoes are required for the ropes course and there are shoes that can be rented if you arrive without the required footwear

"Price was ridiculous!"
Reviewed February, 2015
We purchased tickets through Reserve Myrtle Beach saved a ton. Get into Wonder Works and think this is going to be awesome. It was a complete waste. 360 bike was the only "thrill" they had. Purchased Lazer tag add on and waited in line 3 hours before we actually were able to play the 7 min game. Needless to say it will never happen again. Chaos inside and to many people for the little bit of "hands on" activities they have.
Tip: prepare for a 6 hour day, between the lines and complete mess of the place you will be there all day. Don't waste your time or money on Lazer tag you and you kids will be highly disappointed.

"Fun place"

This was a fun place to visit. Kids enjoyed it there was a lot to do. But for what we paid for 4 of us ( and went on a hot day because we wanted to get out of the heat) we rushed through because it was so miserably hot In there. I heard the air was broke the day before but it still seemed broke the day we were there.

"Hot, Hot and overpriced."
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

My recommendation would to buy just the zipline and outdoor ropes course and forget the inside displays. Be sure and ask for the military, fireman and police discount-it will help save some money. I wasn't doing the zipline ( fear of heights) and just bought a regular for me-total cost for 4 people including military discount was $120. Like i said a bit overpriced. Because of an approaching storm I had the kids do the outside activities first They both got to do the zip line and loved it. They were in line for the ropes course when it started lightning-so that was cancelled. We did get a raincheck for later in the week. Be sure and ask at the service desk if that happens to you. Many people didn't. We all trooped inside and there many different activities to do-but it was oppressively hot inside and the higher you went the hotter it got. It is a shame an activity and attraction that appeals to tourists does NOT have a HVAC system capable of countering the heat of a Myrtle Beach Day. We deliberately waited until the cool of the evening to go to this attraction. It was @ 7 when we got there. We left at 10PM-not because it takes that long to go through but because of lines to certain activities. Even though it was not very crowded by 8:30 -there where still lines to ride the motion rides. Finally we made it to the top floor for the inside ropes course-we were so hot that our shirts were soaked with sweat and sweat was running down our faces. It finally started to cool down because there was a raging thunderstorm outside and it was raining like crazy. Even staying three hours we didn't do Lazer Tag, the flight simulator-looked like a lot of fun, but the it was nearly 10 and the line was about 10 people meaning - 5 more cycles before our kids could ride. The parents were done in by the heat and the kids were exhausted. The kids enjoyed the zipline and would have enjoyed the outside ropes course. Save some money and just do these two activities and Oh feed the fish outside.

"good time or all"

good time for all. Traveled with family of 11 ranging from 10 years old to 79. More for teens than the senior but still entertaining. Plenty to do and good price but make sure you use a coupon. Plan to spend at least 2 hours in here. We went on a sunny Monday morning so it was not too crowded. Probably would be way too crowded on a rainy day & I would avoid that.

They have rides I side this place. And at the bar during the day you can get on a bike and mix your own drink. How cool.

"Bit Stale"

The activities were okay but this place is way over-priced. My 12 year old son was bored from the start and never really recovered his interest. The third and forth floors were really hot which compounded the loss of interest. My 7 year old daughter thought it was okay but not that great. It felt like a Science Center / museum for a Disney rate.
