"Extra, extra"

There is a map of the place with coupons for food and toys. The catch is it costs $4.00! The discount for food may cover the cost of the map but get free coupon in the vender magazine's. IN REALITY, map should be included with the price of admission.
Tip: Loud, not for those with high blood pressure

"It was okay"
August, 2016
We have a kids museum in Raleigh, NC that we just LOVE so I was thinking this was going to be similar. There was A LOT of arcade stuff, like a whole floor worth, where you had to spend more money. This is NOT a kids museum. We did enjoy the ropes coarse + lazer tag and a few exhibits, but having to pay this price + additional money is ridiculous. They should def reconsider the meaning of a kid museum.
Tip: take extra money because you'll get sucked into the arcade.

"A great experience for the whole family!"
April, 2015
I wasn't as interested in this outing as my children were( ages 13 and 15) that is until we arrived. At first I thougt it was going to be almost feildtrip-ish. I couldnt have been more mistaken. There were so many things to see and do. We spent 7 hours inside and enjoyed every minute. The inside ropes course and laser tag were especially fun!
Tip: Closed shoes are required for the ropes course and there are shoes that can be rented if you arrive without the required footwear

We spent HOURS here! Kids were completely entertained. They loved all of the exhibits. Wonderworks incorporates science with fun and learning. Best part was that you are allowed to leave and come back on the same day. After doing the first few floors of activities, we left and grabbed lunch. After lunch we went back and did the ropes course. There's also a cool 3D movie theater which everyone enjoyed. We played laser tag, too. Lots to do here! Great place to spend a rainy day.

"Overpriced, broken exhibits, and uninspired employees"

It's a tourist trap, so expected it to be overpriced. However, was very disappointed that a number of things didn't work and that the popular things had very long lines. Overall, the employees seemed to be pretty unhappy with their jobs, but there was one person who actually very friendly and enthusiastic - the guy working in the laser tag area. He was the best part of the visit.

This place is absolutely huge. They have a variety of learning stations arcade stations, and even the laser tag center. It was a little costly, it cost my wife and my daughter $77, and my three-year-old son was free. I think it was a little much for my three-year-old, but if you're Fine with carrying your child, you should be OK. A fun time for my five-year-old. At the end, we were given a free game of laser tag and our family really enjoyed that. I think it's definitely worth the stop, just know it's a tourist hotspot in the lines can be long.

"Fun day"

I took my 15 yr old and my 11 yr old. They both loved it. Although it was very crowded the day we went they still managed to see all the exhibits. They loved the 360 bike! Please be aware there is a strict weight limit and they will weigh you prior to letting you on. I saw people denied access and I'm sure this was embarrassing. I was a little bored bc I didn't do all the activities and wish they had more seating. We stayed for about 4 hours which was more than enough time.

"A Very Fun Day at Wonderworks"

We spent a day during our Spring Break at Wonderworks. We purchased the basic package because our kids were not big enough for the outdoor ziplines. We arrived at open and were able to do many of the attractions without a long wait. Overall it was a great day. The kids loved the exhibits, especially the roller coaster simulator and the laser tag. My son loves ropes courses and spent about 45 on it. Our daughter however had never been on one and got very freaked out once she was up there. The workers let me harness up without waiting so I could go assist her. When I got up there was a worker up there helping her out. He was excellent! She was petrified but didn't want to give up. He was very kind in showing her how to do it and trying to calm her fears. I was very appreciative. We took a break during the day and ate at the cafe inside the museum. The food was well-priced, there were many options and the staff was great. We sat outside and enjoyed lunch by the lake. We probably spent about 4.5 hours total at the museum. I would recommend visiting WonderWorks to any family with kids ages six and up, especially thrill-seekers.
