This resort was great for our family vacation. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was close enough to the attractions and has a beautiful view in the ocean front rooms. We will be back.

This place appears to be so beautiful and accommodating but it’s just a ploy. After paying over $800 to stay 6 nights I can say my stay was over priced. After I swiped my card I wasn’t invisible. I understand early April isn’t the busiest time in Myrtle Beach and assumed the service would have been better being there are less resort guests and the same amount of staff. This was wrong. Everytime I inquired about anything I felt I was being a complete burden to the staff. Not only that but it took maintance 3 days to get a remote for our tv Our room wasn’t very clean. To be specific; huge white stain in carpeting with residue, mysterious white stain on decorative bed runner, dirt and hair in all corners of the room, hair and crumbs behind the headboard and I’m sure there’s something I’m forgetting. There was a mold remediation company going in and out of the tower we stayed in which seemed alarming.(documented in picture below) The buildings are old and need major updates to maintain the safety and comfort of guests. I guarantee there is mold and asbestos in the whole south tower if not all three of them. The staff were timely and efficient in making sure we checked out at 11am though. A huge disappointment. Avoid!

Our suite was very nice and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked, and we had just about everything we needed! I would recommend bringing paper towels to the kitchen though. If you plan on using the kitchen. There was only one drying cloth provided, and nothing to really dry messy hands with! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for our next stay!

So I stayed at Baywatch for 4 days/3 nights. Let's just start with the fact that 1) I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm & didn't actually get into a room until after 5pm. The site i booked through said that check in was at 3 but the hotel said it was at 4. Either way, I shouldn't have had to wait that long. The clerk said it was because they were short on staff. 2) EVERYONE has an attitude. Every single staff member I came in contact with had a horrible disposition. 3) I went down for towels & they were out. We needed large bath towels and wash rags and all they had were hand towels to give me. They even were out of pool towels one time. 4). They have a free rental dvd system, which is kinda cool. but it told me that my room key (which you used to rent from the machine) had a movie out already which of course i didn't so i had to get some other card from the clerk and she had an attitude about that! (and the corner smelled like urine that the machine is in) 5). The elevators in their awful parking deck were down. So i had to walk down 6 flights of steps to get to the ground level, which wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't 2 am, freezing cold and i hadn't seen a substance that looked like blood on the ground. 6). The ironing board was broken, said they didn't have another one to offer me. 7). One of the phones didn't work in the room. I feel like if i'm paying, EVERYTHING should work! I'm sure that i'm forgetting something. The room was clean though, had a huge tub but couldn't actually use it because it had some weird residue in the bottom of it. The whole layout of this hotel is just weird. I definitely won't be returning.

Went there to visit my brother-in-law and his family and the room was so big and beautiful. The beach was breathtaking you could just watch the view from their balcony. They had about nine pools choose from and a lazy river. I wish I had booked at their hotel

Greetings to all, I want to say I had the opportunity to once again to go to Baywatch Resort and Conference again this year. I want to thank a lot of people who made this trip super special. A shout out to Ms. Lynn, the supervisor who went the extra mile in reservation. A huge, extra special and thanks to Shauna, for if it was not her. I probably did things different she made me feel extra special. I thank Melissa who was very sweet to us as well as Tomeko (hope I am spelling it right). The housekeeping supervisor Ms. Gwen and the lady that work with her that day went beyond the call of duty. It was a birthday party for my great granddaughter (Jahzara) who was 4 years old. It is not so much they gave me anything or did anything special but they were nice and they made you feel that you were important. She had an extremely good time and was excited about beach trip for her birthday. The room was very nice. It was a lot of us and with three bathrooms it really, really helped. It allowed about 3 to 4 people to a bathroom. The valet guys were nice as well. But again and really means this from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate Ms. Shauna, for being so, so, kind. For putting up with me and my 1000 calls (lol). Oh I forgot Ms. Leslie (the young at heart Ms. Leslie, not sure how many work there but I do want to give credit where it is do).
