"Great!"

This resort was great for our family vacation. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was close enough to the attractions and has a beautiful view in the ocean front rooms. We will be back.
Tip: ABC on, small resort fee

"BEWARE Easter Saturday 8:30am table saw ripping and construction"

It is policy to allow construction in any unit from 9am to 6pm. On Saturday they started at 8:30 am on the balcony 5 feet below me as I was having my morning coffee. The 9am start time is not enforced. Who would want to listen to construction at 9am on a Saturday anyways? That is their policy. This place is a role of the dice. Customer service is non-existent.

This was our first time staying at the Bay Watch resort due to a soccer tournament we were attending that weekend. We stayed in the Main tower and it was very nice, easy access to many things.. However!!!! The customer service they provided us when I told them our beds were broken was the worst. First off, I checked in very later night I want to say 10pm, by the time I got settled grab something to eat with my family It was around 11 or so, when we pulled out the sofa bed to go to sleep, it was broken.. of course, we had no space to let the other person sleep, so I went down to the front desk and told them I needed a change of room, the lady that was there for night shift, is extremely rude. I asked her if I could get a switch of room for my family and I, she said she had no rooms available.. as a business I believe you should at least have 1 room available in case the customer is not satisfied with their room. she said no, and so she called management over the phone!!! and he told her to check out the room they had on the 3rd floor, she sent security and he said it was good to go and she came back and still told us she HAD NO ROOMS available for us!! and so she gave us our refund and said "you will come back anyways, there are no hotels available for booking right now" with a vacant sign out from, if you have no rooms then why have your vacancy sign on? here's some advice... TURN IT OFF! I had to check into the same room after she gave me horrible customer service and had to have 2 of my family members sleep on the floor because of the rude lady last name Ingram. She was very rude, this is what made my stay horrible, and I will not be staying here again, unfortunately because of Mrs. Ingram...

My family and I visited this pass weekend for the Easter holiday. We arrived Friday@4:30 to check-in, the line was wrapped around by front entrance door. After finally making it to the counter to check-in we were told that our room wasn't ready and that house keeping was on our floor but they will call us when the room comes available, keep in mind we just drove 31/2 hours through traffic to get here we just wanted to get in our room and unwind. Finally a hour or so later we got call that our room was ready but when we got there we had to wait in the long line just to finish registered. We got to our room floor was dirty, tub dirty, Murphy wall bed wasn't made up correctly and needed cleaning around bottom of bed. Called front desk to request house keeping to return they finally came about 10:45 PM with attitude??? They could have offered meal ticket, discount for the wait for room all they said was sorry???? Really!!! Overall never again will my family stay there again. The facility itself is beautiful just poor customer service.

We booked through Groupon and didn't know what to expect. We had never been to the Myrtle Beach area before, but this place has indoor and outdoor lazy rivers so we were sold. Our suite had one bedroom, a full kitchen, a living room and an ocean front balcony. We stayed on the 17th floor and the views were just incredible. With two full beds, a Murphy bed and a sofa bed we could have slept more than just the four of us. We were very comfortable and happy the entire visit. We saw dolphins and a possible sea turtle from our balcony, which overlooked the tremendous pool area. There are 18 different water features at this resort, including kiddie pools, lazy rivers, regular pools and hot tubs, all of which were open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.. It never felt crowded but was very active. The beach is immediately beyond the pool areas, and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent for $25 for the entire day. The waves are a bit calmer than some other Atlantic Coast beaches, which was just fine with us. There is an outside bar and seating area, an inside sports bar and a regular restaurant, in addition to an exercise room and a gift shop. This place is located just a few blocks from the main highway and is very close to grocery stores, other restaurants, shops, Redbox, and more. It's just a short ride to Myrtle Beach and other attractions such as the Ripley's Aquarium, which is also amazing! This facility also had traditional features, such as ice makers and laundry areas, and there is a large parking garage to accommodate the large number of guests (parking was never an issue). The staff is friendly and ready to assist with anything, including valet parking, bellhop service, and more. You'll truly enjoy your stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were fortunate and got to stay in the penthouse suite. The kids stayed in the room while the wife and I stayed on the Murphy bed and the pullout bed. The Murphy bed was comfortable but fairly small. The pullout bed had a fairly thin mattress but was all right though I wouldn't want to sleep on it for weeks at a time. Our room was on the 19th floor so our view was great. The dishwasher, microwave and stove were all serviceable and worked well. There was also a washer and dryer in the room.
