I love staying here when I'm at Myrtle Beach! I always get the 1 bedroom condo with the ocanfront. I love that you park in front of your condo,it's an indoor parking space. It's a full kitchen and living area, sleeping area is separate. I just love it,it's my go to place to stay! Very quiet!
Great resort. Perfect amenities for families with kids. Loved the 3 bedroom unit; very roomy. Perfect location for beach access. Wifi needs some work; a little slow. Property provided a pack and play for our baby; very resourceful and helpful at the front desk as well when we had questions about the area. My only recommendation would be the floors in the unit:I'm assuming they were just polished. If you walked barefoot your feet would be black. It was pretty gross. Great value when comparing to a typical hotel.

Sorry if I got Toby Keith stuck in your head. Have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years, but it sadly appears that things haven't been kept up as well as in years' past. Room 516 is very worn-down, the chair is in bad shape and the bathroom door has a lot of chips/worn down paint. The cutlery provided in the room left a lot to be desired, one of the pots was slightly rusted and didn't seem to be cleaned too well from the last guest. All is not bad though, the location is unbeatable, the pools/hot tubs are good and staff are fantastic. The pool bar is pricey, although I suspect it is owned separately from the hotel I only suggest to the hotel that they either lower their room rates or fix up their rooms a bit, or else travellers will look for alternatives. It's almost a tradition for us to stay at the Camelot, and it would be a shame to have to go somewhere else, but it's almost becoming a consideration. Just have maintenance go through the rooms and fix up the small-but-noticeable things and you will be A-OK.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We love that it is so close to the ocean that we can hear it all night with the balcony door open. We also love parking on the same level as our room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking in the room. The only problem we had was that it took a really long time for our room to get made up on one of our days there but the hotel did apologize and it got done eventually.
