Stayed starting Christmas Eve and Left New Years Eve. We checked in on Christmas, our room wasn't ready. We had to find someplace to go housekeeping was running an hour behind, 5 hours later we called seems they had forgotten about us and didn't even know if our room was ready. This should have been our first clue this was not going to be a good stay! No housekeeping Christmas Day, understandable but I had to complain to booking to get someone to call me to address the fact that we had not seen anyone from housekeeping since we arrived and it was Tuesday. I was told the manager was suppose to call however he had called out for the day, some someone from the front desk call I explained I had towels piled up on the floor bathroom and garbage stacked up, later 2 women from the front desk cleaned my room and I have to say it was actually cleaned this time because when we checked in the floor in the eating area and the table were filthy and I did the best I could to clean this up. This was the only time we saw any housekeeping done in our room, I had to call or track someone down for clean towels and take our trash our. The workout room is old and not taken care of. I have seen emails to Wyndham Resorts and told them about the start of this hotel, the fact that the manager never contacted me and they have never responded. This hotel can make your vacation unpleasant if you expect clean rooms and service do not stay here!

"All good things must come to an end"

As mama used to say, all good things must come to an end. After 12 years of loyal patronage, I have had enough. While there have been hiccups along the way, with both good and bad reviews over the years, management has always responded and done enough to earn my business back. However, now that they are a Wyndham property, this property has sunk to an all time low. First, the prices have greatly increased since being a Wyndham property. The cost of our stay, is now nearly double. I certainly understand some price increases, but it is nearly double, and the service is subpar. There have not been any significant renovations or increase in amenities as a result. When I made my reservation, I got three different price quotes (it kept changing once I challenged the reservation agent about the weekly rate). Evidently, the website had not been completely updated at the time I booked (late September), so the reservation system reflected one set or rates; the website another. In the last 12 years, I have never seen trash piled up in the parking deck trash carts. There are trash carts, on each side of each floor of the parking deck. In years past, they have seldom ever been full. This year (late 2017/early 2018) there was trash stacked on top of or around the cans. This did not occur just once during a two week stay, but several times beginning Christmas through early January. When I returned to my room one day, the sheets, etc. on one of the queen beds in the front bedroom were on the floor (the bed was never remade). One bathroom was never cleaned (despite towels on the floor, suds in the tub and sink). However, what perplexes me is that housekeeping had to walk by both of these rooms to the second bedroom and bathroom and cleaned both of them. According to the property website, now if you have a weekly stay, you have to pay extra for daily housekeeping. The website now also stipulates that if you have a weekly rate, you do not get any housekeeping. To have someone stay multiple weeks as we did, a room should be cleaned at least once. What is confusing that despite this policy on the website, housekeeping did come by a few times (hence my complaint above about cleaning one bedroom and bathroom and not another). If I am going to pay double, and get subpar service, see trash stacked up on multiple floors for several days, etc. I am certain I can find another property who will provide quality accommodations to a customer. Again, I have stayed here every December since 2005. They will not see me December 2018. I expect more from Camelot and definitely more from Wyndham.

The view is perfect and the room was in great shape. It's so nice when management decides to keep things looking good. We were pleasntly suprised by the kitchen: large refrigerator, microwave, a stove, and utensils. Everything worked and, basicly, we wished we could have spent more time there.
