My family and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. There is free Wi-Fi and DVD rentals. The rooms are a little dated with closet doors not fully able to close and small shower/toilet room. The different choices of pools is great to let the kids have a change of scenery each day. Our kids 7 and 9 loved using the water slide. If you get a soft drink from the bar on the pool deck refills were free. Alcoholic drinks were a little pricey but we except that at vacation destinations. The resort is really close the a variety of restaurants that is a short car ride way

Last minute stop and booked online. Ended up with a 3 bedroom ocean view. Great room with awesome view. Pool and beach area were perfect. Small lazy rivers, couple pools, water play area, and waterslide. Would definitely stsy there again.

Family of 8. Horrible housekeeping. Bathrooms and bedrooms not cleaned until after 3 pm when we inquired despite being out on the beach since 9 am. Hotel provided 9 hangers for 7 days for 8 people. Asked for more hangers...still waiting for them on day 5....pools were clean but then again visible to the public and for easy inspection so why wouldn't they be...

The room had a nasty smell from the moldy filter in the AC. The AC unit struggled to keep the room dehumidified and everything was damp. I expect some of this due to the general area, but the AC needs to be cleaner so there is no odor from the unit. The beds were not the most comfortable and the hallway was too narrow to spend a week with two teenagers and my wife. I had a mishap with the valet service. They never took my car from the front parking and the next morning I had a phone call about needing to move my car. I said I have valet and had a valet manager come to my door with the bellman who took my tip and told me where to park. The valet manager was upset at the bellman for taking a tip and not giving it to the valet and ensuring the vehicle was taken care of. Why was I involved in this? Very unprofessional. The valets were not around when I checked in, but I didn't know the system yet. Basically, it didn't operate like any other hotel I've been to and I travel all over the world frequently. Service in general needs to be improved. Also, I expected the bellmen to give me a ticket for my bags that were stored and they insisted it wasn't necessary. That isn't good practice. Somebody else could take my bags from the room. It just isn't professional. Also, on my second night I had a manager come to my room demanding that I pay for my room! I had guests in my room and this was embarrassing. I registered with the mobile app you encouraged us to use, but apparently it doesn't work. I had to go downstairs and give them my card to get it resolved. You already had my card on file, so why did this have to happen? I also don't understand why it had to be handled this way. How was I given room keys if I "didn't pay?" Very upsetting. You have a lot to improve. The food and service at the tiki bar could be way better and if so, people would order it. The drink selections were sparse also. For the money I expected 4-5 star service.

We got here from Florida on Thursday and our reservation details stated daily maid service included... This was not the case. On Friday, they never came and made beds, emptied trash or replaced towels. We called to get blankets for the extra beds and let them know. On Saturday, the cart was on our floor for half the day, but by the time we came up to our room for lunch, they still hadn't been to clean up. We called and were told they would be by. I went to the room around 4 and still nothing. We went to the concierge desk and were told that it was protocol for them to go clean the rooms for new check ins first and then go back and touch the other rooms (basically sounds like they already have your money, so they don't care about making sure your stay is comfortable). The lady took down our room number and that we needed trash emptied and new towels. By the time we got back from dinner, still nothing. We had to call for a fourth time and ask for towels. You shouldn't have to ask for basic house keeping when you're spending $350+ a night for a room. The amenities are awesome and my kids are having a blast, but service and lack of caring of the main staff is really disappointing.
