Beautiful hotel that has a great location. Above expectations for room, happy hour and made to order breakfast. Better than a lot of other Embassy Suites even though most are always good as well
Tip: Quiet location. Very close to outlets mall and Walmart. Central location to all spots in Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach.

Driving up,there were about 8 cars waiting to check in . The sign says stay in car for bell hop. We waited over 30 minutes, its raining and 59 degrees in June. THERE IS ONLY ONE BELL HOP WHO IS ALSO THE VALET PARKER!! Can't get internet to connect to computer,,IT guy could care less. When I asked if I should try blah blah,,,he said you could try it. REALLY?? Went to dinner downstairs at Vintage 12 since it was getting late after check in. Sat down at 8:30 pm. There were 2 other tables , one a 4 top , one a 2 top. The 4 top left. The 2 top left about 40 minutes later. We ordered martinis which were OK. Then dinner. We did not get our dinner until 9:50pm. A bit ridiculous. Bob the server kept checking on us and couldn't understand what was taking the kitchen so long since there was no one else in the place!! But the food was good,,unless it was because we were starving at this point. Put a request in to check thermostat because it would not go higher than 76 or lower than 68,,, and it was cold for this time of year. Did not fix it. Concierge called and left us a message that we did not get our welcome package when we checked in 2 days ago. Go downstairs to get it and she says, oh it's just someone trying to sell you a timeshare!! I had not been to Myrtle Beach in over 35 years. I will say it has grown tremendously and if I want to go to a resort type atmosphere like this, I would rather fly to an island. I am not a fan now of resort beaches on the east coast. And they are trying to ruin NC beaches by doing the same. Thank GOD is hasn't yet. If you are going for a quiet retreat, this is not the place. Lots of families and small kids.

Super nice vacations in this beautiful place!!! Thank you so much to Doug for his way to attending to the guests! He is really polite and good helper!!! My family and I enjoyed the stay in this beautiful place!

dirty rooms,very disappointed,long time Hilton honors customer,waitress was very rude,room,sleeper sofa was dirty,toilet brook,bath tub was stopped up,sheets were dirty ,I just expect a lot better service and clean hotel,i always stay at something Hilton,but I will never stay at this hotel again

I was here as a teenager with my family in 2000 and we loved it. This week my family vacationed at Pawley's Island in a beach house. At the end of the week we decided to surprise the kids with an extra night of vacation staying at the Embassy Suites in Kingston Plantation. I was super excited to show them this place I had stayed as a kid. While we still managed to have a good time, there were many things that were very frustrating for the amount of money one pays to stay at this resort. We unloaded 5 suitcases and were never offered assistance or a cart for our luggage, not very welcoming. When we checked into our room, we immediately noticed a few maintenance issues. The bedroom closet door was completely off the track. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall as soon as we went to use it. It did not stay on properly when we replaced it. The cabinet under the kitchenette sink when opened came off in my hands. This was all within the first 15 min. in our suite. While the bathroom was clean, the toilet and shower area is extremely small and the fixtures and tiles in the shower and bath look very dated and cracked. Again, not what I expected from this type of resort. We didn't want to get down about it and ruin our day, so we changed and headed to the pool area for lunch. The place where you used to go up to the counter and order counter service food is completely closed up and the window are covered with beat up blinds. It looks really shabby. We didn't see anything or anyone that told us how to order food, so I flagged down a waitress and asked her if they would just approach for our order if we were at the table. She said yes and continued on her way. We sat down in the sun, the only option, and waited a long time for someone to finally come and ask us for our order. We have a 6 month old baby and sitting directly in the sun for lunch isn't a great option. We took turns taking a dip in the pool. Finally we got our food. It was average. After all that headache we spent $60 for a fast food lunch for a family of 4. My son asked for fruit instead of fries, and I asked for ranch for my chicken fingers. Neither request was honored. I expected it to be pricey but at that price it should've been a more enjoyable experience and better service. Our waitress told us we could keep our soda cups for refills throughout the day. We got a few refills and had no issue. Once, before heading out to the beach we asked a bartender at the bar that was not busy if he could refill our drinks. He told us not without a charge. We returned to the restaurant area and told them about the situation and they were very surprised we had been treated like that and proceeded to give us refills. On our way back from the beach we stopped at the shower station. It was thick with sand. This wasn't one day worth of sand. There should be someone cleaning this area up. There was also all sorts of trash all over the ground in that same area. It was very gross. We walked back to the pool area and had to walk and push a stroller through a very dirty stream of water running by the pool closest to the ocean. We also had to ask twice for a pack n play to be brought to our room. The very worst part was the next day, this morning. There are 3 elevators to service this very large building. One had been broken down since the night before. It took us half an hour to get down to the lobby for breakfast. Many, many other customers were complaining about the same thing in the elevators. After breakfast we returned to our room after another long wait. We waited with luggage for another 30 min to get on an elevator before my husband decided to carry each large piece of luggage down the stairs. When he reached the bottom floor the exit was locked 😳. We had to make two trips up and down the stair to haul our luggage. Again, no assistance or explanation was offered, not even a sign offering an apology or an explanation. I went to the front desk to let them know about all of our problems. While he did offer me a partial refund for our stay he made excuses for every issue we had. He said "this is just how resorts are." I have been in many resorts, many less costly, and this is not "just how resorts are." Think twice before you decide to put out the cash for this place.

We had a nice stay here, in our two bedroom suite. The restaurant was good, the hotel is right by the beach, and has a variety of pools to swim in. They also have a small splash park which kept my 5 and 7 year old entertained for a long time.
