I absolutely loved the condo. We were in 112-301. There were 6 adults and two kids in my group. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with plenty of towels. Great value for the price. Spacious, CLEAN and great location. The kitchen was well stocked,i.e. pots, pans, plates, utensils. We were able to prepare breakfast and lunch to cut costs. Large flat screen in living room and each bedroom had at least a 32in flat screen. Location...We were convenient to the restaurants, grocery stores, beach, Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, most tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again with Grande Villas. I only wish I could request the same condo the next time. I checked in late, so I had to get my keys from the mailbox. The only complaint I have is that I was not given a pool key...I did not think to ask for one when I went back to register the next morning. I did not realize we needed a key until late Sat when my nephews wanted to go for a swim. Wi-fi was slow, but we really did not stay in the condo enough to use it.
Condo was not very clean. stains on floor, sheets, walls. bed skirt in 2nd bed room had been ripped at the seem they just tucked it under Lil more to cover it. tvs where older tube tvs no hd. "king" bed was 2 smaller beds pushed together with king sheet on top. could slide in between. headboard was not attached to anything. would not recommend for couples. small holes in walls cheap cover ups. Where do i begin...first of all let me say the condo was nice, my view was awesome from the patio. I arrived Thursday, May 29th to the address on my receipt 2000 World Tour Blvd....however when i got there after driving 350 miles that was not where i was staying..somehow my reservations are in reserved under Beach Vacations. They are somehow affliated with world tour - who knew.??? So after an hour of trying to figure out what happened. We get to our condo and what we think is a King size bed. ..turns out to be a 2 twins in disguise and we fall thru middle. I attempt to phone the office the number on information they gave me...no one answers. Long story short always ask if you are getting an actual King Bed or an imposter.

My husband and I planned a golfing weekend and chose to stay on this golf resort thinking that we would be allowed to use their amenities. We were WRONG! We were practicing our putting on their putting green at 5:00 in the afternoon after a round of golf at River Oaks - no one was on the practice green- and some big old guy approaches us asking did we play golf there today and if we didn't then we need to leave "pretty quick". He didn't bother with manners or etiquette (you know the traits that most golf courses have), he didn't bother asking if we were staying there at all. I told him that we were staying there including our room number and apologized explaining that we assumed this was part of the amenities of staying there (so what is the point of staying there-the beach is a much better option without the golf amenities) and he responded abruptly and rudely "no, you need to leave really quick (I'm not sure what he meant by that). If you get permission from the pro shop, you can play, but you didn't so you must leave now." So, I guess you can if you ask permission???? There were no signs or anything telling us this and the putting green is pretty much right beside our room...how were we supposed to know???? We were going to play a round there our second day, but after that encounter, will NEVER return there ever again! Tips on room: get an upper floor. We could hear the room above us very clearly every time they walked around even with the television on.
