"Nice hotel"
May, 2018
Hotel is very nice. Only complaint I had was that there seemed to be a plumbing issue, as the tub wouldn’t drain and the toilet overflowed a few times. We didn’t notice these issues until right before checkout however because that’s when we showered.

Tip: Nice hotel, bundling option made it a great price, especially considering it was bike weekend.

"Spring Break"
April, 2018
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over Spring Break. It’s located about 1/2 mile from the beach and maybe a mile from Broadway at the Beach. The location isn’t bad at all. The hotel isn’t brand new and definitely has some wear and tear in the rooms. Our room was clean upon arrival. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, so every time we took a shower, the bathroom steamed up. The worst part about the hotel was the parking. The hotel has a 6 story, very compact parking garage. It’s sometimes difficult to navigate when other cars are coming.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well kept but the walls were pretty thin you could hear just about everything. The hotel itself was close to everything we wanted to do .

"Visiting with family"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

We stayed here to be with families from other states just to see them for one day. The families were scattered within 25 miles. Room service was fast; food excellent and friendly delivery. The shrimp "starters" were my favorite. The chopped salad with added grilled chicken was fresh. The grilled buffalo shrimp were delicious. The burger cooked perfectly and tasty. The cheesecake was the freshest I've ever had. This location is within walking distance to banks, restaurants but a long walk to the beach and fairly close enough to drive to Broadway at the Beach. We paid $8/day for garage parking instead of street parking. A great trip this time, seeing family enjoying a first trip to the Myrtle Beach.

"Have to pay for everything"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5

Call me spoiled but I have NEVER had to pay for parking at a hotel. You must pay $8 here as a paying customer! Also what hotel doesn’t have continental breakfast in this price range? And the breakfast that is offered at $15 a plate (buffet) is the same breakfast you get served at continental breakfast. After adding up all of the additional fees and costs we could have stayed on the ocean in a nice hotel that didn’t charge for parking or for breakfast and coffee.

Hotel is good. What can we say, It’s clean al right Staff is polite. We paid for what we did expect. The only two things we would change: We called you twice and when you come, You bring ONE coffee!😣That’s not fun!😩 So please be nice and think before You should go back to bring one more! With simple word as iron press Your shower robe would be impressed! But all together we had fun Improve those things-more people come!

"Paper thin walls, AC not cool, Wrong room"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed July 29, 2018 NEW
My wife and I arrived to the hotel late (around midnight). The person checking us in seemed bothered by us checking in late. Our room was not cool when we got in and the AC is not cooling it very well. The walls are paper thin. I can literally hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the hallway- kids talking, people arguing, opening and shutting doors, you can even here people's flip flops as they walk by. There were potato chips on the floor by the TV and the lamp look like someone used it for a tackling dummy. This is our first night here.... And so far I'm pretty disappointed.

"Conference visit"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed July 27, 2018 NEW
We stayed at the Sheraton during the Nike Basketball conference. There was also a wrestling tournament, air show and some other event going on. With all of these things going on, I wouldn’t have been surprised if I heard noise at some point. Instead it was the exact opposite. We were able to quality unwind in our room with no distraction. The bed was super comfy and true to size which is important to me as we are fairly tall people. The staff was friendly. One of the mornings we ate at the buffet in the restaurant on site. It was pretty good and worth the money. We spent a lot of time at Broadway at the Beach as it is super close which gives you a ton of food options for lunch and dinner. The only thing I would change was that there was a hallway microwave instead of one in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
