"Girls weekend"
October, 2018 NEW
The murder mystery dinner was a fun way to start our girls trip. The actors were very dramatic and the food was good. It was well worth it. We all had a great time and would do it again.

"Fun Experience!!"
September, 2018
The dinner was full of fun and thrills! The food was good (portions could have been bigger) and the show was entertaining. We topped off the evening downstairs at the House of Blues patio bar with a live band. All in all was a fun night!

"Lackluster overall"
July, 2018
We have enjoyed murdery mystery dinners (Sleuths) in Orlando for years, but this wasn't quite up to the mark. The mystery itself was too simple and the characters weren't very well acted. We really enjoyed the House of Blues atmosphere, but in the end, we wished we had spent that money elsewhere.

"Brought my child with cancer lots of smiles!"
June, 2018
It was Extremely fun! I have 5 children one with cancer and also one that is not quite 2. They made us completely comfortable and we enjoyed the show as a family! The plot had a lot of twists and turns, but it’s not unsolvable you just need to crank up that thinking cap!:) I would definitely suggest it to my friends!

1. The seats were extremely uncomfortable! 2. The food was alright. 3. The acting was pitiful. 4. The story line was boring. 5. Rushed through the meal. 6. $50 and you can't have more bread. 7. Salad was spring mix and not enough dressing for everyone. 8. Still trying to figure out how they expected us to watch the so called actors, when they were on each end of the room. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...

"Kind of fun but terrible food!"

Our family of four was in town vacationing and have wanted to try a Murder Mystery for several years now. Our kids, ages 11 and 15, accompanied us and found the show to be fairly appropriate for their ages. I personally enjoyed the show, but have to say that they rest of my family thought that it was kind of cheesey. I have to stress that the food was absolutely terrible!! Something must be done about that. We have eaten at the House of Blues before and had much higher expectations, this food was just not up to par!

Doors opened late which made the start of the show late. Dinner was nearly inedible and consisted of a salad of greens and a few sliced cherry tomatoes, tasteless chicken, rice cooked with celery and watery squash cooked with onion. The onion was the only part of the meal with any flavor until you got to the desert which was so bitter I couldn't do more than taste it. Dinner was hurried, maybe because of the late start. The show itself was lame and the master of ceremonies, for lack of any other description for his role, was rude and abrupt. The actors were melodramatic and not at all believable or entertaining. We left before the end of the show. Don't waste your time or money. What a disappointment!

We had family in town and thought it would be a good time to check out this show. We have been to others in the past and always had a great time. This was by far the most disappointing. Although you can expect good food (after all its The House of Blues) the murder mystery was very rushed and left all 4 of us dumbfounded. they did say that the Hostess went home sick after it first began and I guess that threw things off a bit.

First the show started late. We were advised to be here by 630 and then they did not start to bring people in until 7 pm and when we asked about the show starting the man was very rude and said “you will go in when I say you can!!! The supposed “murder mystery” story was WEAK and TERRIBLE!! Also as I am writing this the announcer at the show was looking at my phone and apparently read this review and said “well officially doors do not have to open until 7 pm!!” In addition the food portions are small and almost child size. Go to Time Warp show or any other show in the area!! This was not an experience I would recommend to anyone!!
