"Great People"
September, 2017
I was there with my kids and Grandkids 9/2/2017. I had purchased tickets on my phone and somehow put in the wrong date. There we were, standing there, with the kids, on vacation and had 5 tickets for 9/9! Oh my, those kids faces, and mine!! Well, Peggy Joe, and Alvin saw to it that we got in and had great seats. They went above and beyond to make sure my kids were not disappointed. They were gracious and kind. And did I mention the show>>>>>well, they all loved it. They said it was the best thing we have EVER done at the beach. I cant thank you enough for taking care of us and having a wonderful professional show...we all loved it...thank you, thank you!!!

"The BEST SHOW in Myrtle Beach!! A Must See! :)"
June, 2017
We were there June 3, 2017..Absolute best show I've seen in Myrtle Beach. Beats Medieval Times, hands down. Trapeze, acrobatics, music, interaction with the audience, 2 Sea Lions, dogs and beautiful parrots flying around the room. Set in a lagoon like stage. I've never seen anything quite like it. Kudos to the cast AND THE staff that bring it all together. Dolly Parton has a definite winner in this one. Fun for all ages. I will catch this one again. All the food was delicious too. You won't leave Hungry. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Tip: Make sure your hungry. If you have children with sensitive hearing, be prepared. There are a few times that they fire the cannons from the pirate ship.

"Pirates Voyage dinner show."
August, 2016
If you are traveling with children this is a show that is well worth the money. First there is a free show with lots of songs that can be sing-a-long and their are beverages both non boozes and adult. The dinner show was great and keeps you and the children entertained throughout your show. The food was plentiful, tasty and the service was better than expected. Drink glasses were never empty and even some of the audience were able to interact.

"Awesome Show!"
August, 2016
My husband and I just finished playing a video game featuring pirates, fighting, and treasure hunting, so of course this show was a no brainier. And it didn't disappoint! The action was there, acrobatics were incredible, and the feast was fantastic. And not overwhelming. We had creamy vegetable soup with a garlic biscuit first, then they came out with the half chicken, potato round, BBQ, and corn. The meal was rounded off with a hot apple turnover and omg is was all delicious! Definitely recommend this show!

"Exceeded expectations!"
August, 2016
We had been to myrtle beach before but first time with my son and wanted to plan something for him. Did not expect my husband and I would find the show as entertaining as we did. For the price I was not expecting much for the food, figuring the show alone would normally cost that much. Food was great!! We were stuffed and satisfied. Be prepared for the extras that always come along with these adventures. The $20 pirate/mermaid makeover was worth it. My son looked like a pirate and had extra soveineers to take home from the package. Pictures were too pricey for us. Overall we were very pleased.

Tip: For the really littles or anyone sensitive to loud noises be warned. I know my son would not have been able to tolerate the show 1-2 years ago.

"Pirates Voyage Christmas Show!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5
Reviewed November 18, 2017 NEW
This was our first time going to PV and it happened to be the Christmas show. We had 6 kids with us 5 to 12 and they all enjoyed it. The performers are amazing! It is more faced paced then Medieval Times (which we also like) there is a lot going on. Food is good trying to eat and watch at the same time can be tricky. They did a live nativity, performing seals which was a favorite of the kids. This is a must-see show.

Food is basic menu most can enjoy. They give out doggie bags if you cannot eat everything. Wait staff is super nice and helpful. Very efficient at serving a large number of people at one time. Both the regular show and Christmas show are both well done and performed with young children in mind. Every seat has a good view. Worth the time and money.

"Had a great time!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

My husband and I went last night to the Pirates Voyage. It was our first time, and we surprisingly enjoyed it. Initially I had pictured the experience to be geared more towards young children, but it was more enjoyable than I thought it would be! It is not just for kids, but adults can have fun, too. Every employee we encountered was nice and friendly, from the staff at the front door to all the staff on the inside to our server, etc. Before the show, my husband ordered an alcoholic drink at the bar, which comes in a neat skull mug you get to keep for souvenir. We watched the preshow before the actual show started- I really loved seeing the sea lion and the tricks he/she performed. That was definitely my favorite part of the night. Such a cute sea lion and so talented! Also loved watching the balancing act the man performed. That was unbelievable! Watching the main show, all the actors/acrobats were amazing and so talented! They definitely made the show and kept us engaged. I loved watching the actors fly from the ropes and dive into the water. It reminded me of being at the circus. The food was great as well. Our favorite was the delicious biscuit/roll as well as the soup. The apple turnover for desert was delicious too. We definitely left with our bellies full, along with leftovers. The only thing I didn't care for was the Christmas version at Pirates Voyage. It's great for people who have strong Christmas spirits, but I think I would have enjoyed the regular Pirates Voyage show even more. I wish they would have incorporated more mermaids into the show. There was only 1 mermaid, which came in at the very end of the show. Either way though, we had a great experience and loved the show! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time at Pirates Voyage!

Was my 2nd time attending Pirates Voyage. The show is similar with some minor tweaks for the Christmas version. Always enjoyable. The food never changes, was hoping they’d have some kind of different meal for the holidays but no biggie. Still better than Medieval Times in my opinion.
