"Grand Experience"

Each year as the Christmas Holidays approach, my wife and I look forward to starting our celebration with this show. We have never been disappointed! At one time, we tried others in the area but could not find one to compare. The production, talent, and costumes are the best. We find ourselves seeing this one every year, often more than once.
Tip: Be prepared for the unexpected. It is delightful and entertaining.

"Time and again"
January, 2015
In this day of competing mediums, it is great to have the shared experience, one that the whole family can enjoy, that does not involve looking at a phone, TV, or computer. Year after year my family anticipates the attending of this seasonal event, and that includes our youngest grandson, age five, to this sixty three year old grand-dad. This last year, with the recent return of our son from his military tour in Afghanistan, we were not disappointed in the least as he and his kids joined us for this events. All the kids want to go again next year!
Tip: Expect to see quality entertainment, even if you have gone before, and you will not be disappointed.

The show was wonderful and it was easy to get in and be seated. The staff was helpful in finding seats before the show. My rating is average due to the amount of people allowed in after the show had started and the show started late. Also, even though this may not be directly reflective on the facility, I had a drink spilled on my seat and under my feet all over my purse. There are drinks sold, but no cup holders at the seats which I feel may have contributed to the spilling. I would return here for a show, particularly to see someone perform that I really like a lot!

"BIG changes, BIG disappointment"

We saw this show a few years ago and loved it so we returned for what we hoped would be a good show, on 7/3/2017. IT WAS NOT. I was very disappointed by the BIG changes, they were not good ones. The only thing that saved the show was the comic, Ricky Morkel, he was very good. The singers were so out of tune. I sing and know when I hear a good song or music and this show did not have it. Now, the dancing was good and very energetic. The couple of Disney acts were good and in my opinion the only part of the show I enjoyed, The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast, segments. Also, the ladies running the concessions were very slow and not accommodating at all. I stood in line for the entire intermission for simply a drink and popcorn, after standing in line for 25+ minutes, I was told they were out of popcorn, and they were not about to allow me to buy any because they did not want to be bothered to prepare anymore, it was obvious all they wanted to do was go home and not deal with any of us. After spending what we did for 6 people to get in to the show, to be treated this way, was very BAD customer service. If they treat everyone the way we were treated, this place may not be open much longer and the concession crew can go home, permanently. One last thing, the seats in the theater are VERY uncomfortable, they are definitely older, NO support to the back or bottom, in fact the bottom of the seats made me feel like I was sitting on the floor, and I am not a heavy person. The BIG changes need to be more than just the show, which was a BIG disappointment! You Have Been Warned!!! Spend your money and time at the Pirate Voyage or the Carolina Opry.

What a terrific show!!!! The Fab 4 were awesome!!!! This group sounded exactly like John, Paul, George, and Ringo!!! Loved all the songs that I grew up with coming from The Beatles!!! When I got home, I researched upcoming concerts for the group!!!! I can't wait to hear them again. Enjoyed the performance!!! Alabama Theater staff members were so helpful with great customer service!!!!
