"Grand Experience"
January, 2015
Each year as the Christmas Holidays approach, my wife and I look forward to starting our celebration with this show. We have never been disappointed! At one time, we tried others in the area but could not find one to compare. The production, talent, and costumes are the best. We find ourselves seeing this one every year, often more than once.

"Time and again"
January, 2015
In this day of competing mediums, it is great to have the shared experience, one that the whole family can enjoy, that does not involve looking at a phone, TV, or computer. Year after year my family anticipates the attending of this seasonal event, and that includes our youngest grandson, age five, to this sixty three year old grand-dad. This last year, with the recent return of our son from his military tour in Afghanistan, we were not disappointed in the least as he and his kids joined us for this events. All the kids want to go again next year!

"Rainy day blessing"

We are beach lovers, but a rainy day offered a chance to experience "One the Show." It proved to be a great blessing. Fun, funny, and a variety of entertainment. It was top drawer quality. Although the theatre itself was not crowded, we were crowded together near the front. The seats were great...just not roomy. Next time we may go rain or shine.

"Wonderful show and a lovely evening..."
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

It was our first visit to the Alabama Theatre, a lovely venue. Not huge, but a nice size. Good seating, comfortable temperature and a nice gift shop and a concession stand. We attended the "NASHVILLE" show starring Charles Esten and Clare Bowen. We had the pleasure, and awesome experience, of participating in the "meet and greet" prior to the show. This is when we encountered some minor issues. The staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. However, when it came to inquiries regarding the "meet and greet", there appeared to be a total miscommunication with all of the staff members. It was painfully obvious that no one knew what was going on initially!! We repeatedly heard "I don't know" over and over again....resulting in some frustrated people, both staff and patrons. Once they figured it out, the evening was nothing less than amazing. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of Mr. Esten and Ms. Bowen's outstanding musical performances!! And the stories they shared between some of their songs. (There was a problem with the sound for a brief period, but it was quickly resolved). After the show, Mr. Esten stayed to shake hands and sign autographs for people wishing to meet him. He was there for well over an hour...close to two! As each new person/s waiting in line, approached him...he greeted them with a smile, extended his hand for a handshake, signed whatever they presented, thanked them for being there and then took a picture with them!! He is a man who truly appreciated his fans!! All in all a wonderful experience and an enjoyable evening. Look forward to our next visit to the Alabama Theatre.

"Great show for all ages"

We attended the "One" show on 08/22/17. It has a comedian, at several points along the way. Most of the entertainment is song and dance. They did a tribute to Glen Campbell, Disney, and a music through the decades. The singers were all pretty good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the show. Will be traveling to the area, about every six months, now that I have relatives in the area. Would love to see their Christmas show, as well as some of the guest performers. We will be regulars.

We saw the show One at the Alabama Theatre. It was very entertaining and current. The comedian even had jokes about the eclipse and we saw the show the night of the eclipse! The performers were entertaining and talented. The costumes and graphics were also superb. It is great for all ages.
